Redman Ltd has brought together a mix of the Caribbean and contemporary design principles to these villas. With gross floor areas ranging from 2500 to 3300 square feet, the villas are built to make you feel comfortable and relaxed in your own Island home.

Layout and Orientation - The Villas lie East-West and are entered through impressive Brazilian Cherry hardwood and glass doors with Coral Render detailing. Set on the East elevation, as you enter, these doors allow fresh breezes into your open plan home. The ground floor terrace and pool are accessed by 18 feet fully opening Nanawall doors and face West, directly onto the Caribbean Sea, the perfect setting for a sundowner providing yet another breathtaking scene that highlights the beauty of St Lucia.

These tropical homes are set out over three floors and can sleep a minimum of 4 people,

Externally - the outside simple, yet sleek elevations with detailing in stainless steel and tropical hardwood, generous balconies on each level, covered parking for two cars, rear landscaped tropical gardens. Each Zara Villas comes with its own 15’ x 10’ pool.

Entrance Floor - a laundry room with washer and dryer, downstairs cloakroom, Italian style fitted kitchens leading onto an open plan dining and living room. Each kitchen is fitted with built in stainless steel Bosch oven and touch screen hob, GE  side by side fridge freezer and over the oven microwave with extract hood, granite counter tops and overhead fan

Middle Floor - two bedrooms each with its own contemporary ensuite bathroom with travatine stone topped vanities. Bedrooms have built in wardrobes to reflect the style of the villas. The master bedroom has views looking out over the Caribbean Sea.

Top Floor –  three bedroom villas have a large master suite on the top floor and the two bedrooms villas having a study room and large roof terrace on the top level.

 Each floor level enjoys views over the Caribbean Sea, Cap Estate and the Golf Course and the National Park, Pigeon Island.

The living room, kitchens and bathrooms of each Zara Villa have been finished in the highest quality ceramic tiles, whilst the bedrooms and hallways are fitted with solid Brazilian Cherry hardwood. Stairs-ways feature American Oak, Greenheart from Guyana and stainless steel balustrading.

Low energy spot and wall lights are used throughout the property and for the external ground lights.

Built with a strong commitment to energy efficiency in use and construction, the technical specification for these villas is high and are designed to provide a long life, low cost in use and economic maintenance and to withstand the range of weathers and climatic conditions found in the Caribbean. Hurricane standard windows, with high impact resistance glass are fitted as standard.

Hot water is supplied by Solar Power systems, utilising the latest solar technology, and set on the service terrace for ease of access and maintenance.

In Phase 2, the final two properties will be developed together with the equipped gymnasium and barbeque & bar area for the use of residents, accessed via landscaped tropical gardens.

Access to the development is via a secured gated entrance with night time security to ensure privacy and safety. Videophones in each villa control the gate system and allows you to control access day or night.
